These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of TaskTopro and any related marketplace, website, forms, communications, and listing services. By using TaskTopro, you agree to these terms.
TaskTopro is a marketplace and advertising platform that helps users discover independent service providers. TaskTopro does not employ, endorse, supervise, warrant, bond, insure, or guarantee any provider, service quality, pricing, legal compliance, safety, availability, licensing status, insurance status, background, equipment condition, or results.
Customers and providers are solely responsible for evaluating each other, negotiating terms, confirming identity, confirming qualifications, checking licenses and insurance, using written agreements where appropriate, and complying with all applicable laws. Users assume all risk arising from any interaction, booking, communication, payment, dispute, injury, property damage, delay, misconduct, or loss.
TaskTopro may review, refuse, remove, suspend, edit, or reject any listing, account, content, or communication at any time for any reason, including safety, quality, legal, spam, fraud, abuse, or business reasons. Email verification or moderation does not constitute endorsement or certification.
Providers must supply truthful, current, and complete information, must not impersonate others, and must update listing details promptly when circumstances change. Providers are solely responsible for their own services, equipment, vehicles, trailers, conduct, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, worker classification, pricing, contracts, and compliance with consumer protection, employment, privacy, and safety laws.
TaskTopro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, non-infringement, or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskTopro and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or direct damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill, property, opportunity, or personal injury arising out of or related to the platform, listings, providers, customers, communications, services, or third-party conduct.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaskTopro and its related parties from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and legal expenses arising from your use of the platform, your listings, your services, your content, your communications, or your violation of law or these terms.
Unless TaskTopro expressly provides a payment feature, all payments and disputes are between the customer and provider. TaskTopro is not a party to those transactions and has no obligation to mediate, reimburse, collect, or enforce them.
TaskTopro may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice or liability. Users may stop using the service at any time, but obligations and protections that should survive termination will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, excluding conflict of laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
