How to remove your Facebook-linked data from TaskTopro

When you use Facebook Login on TaskTopro, we receive your name, email address, and Facebook user ID. This page explains how to request deletion of that data.

Option 1 — Delete via Facebook Settings

You can remove TaskTopro's access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find TaskTopro in the list
  3. Click Remove

This revokes TaskTopro's access to your Facebook account. To also delete your TaskTopro profile data, use Option 2 below.

Option 2 — Request Full Data Deletion

To have all your personal data permanently deleted from TaskTopro's servers (account, listings, messages, booking history), email us at:

Include your registered email address in the request. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

⚠️ Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active bookings or outstanding payments must be resolved before deletion can be completed.

What Gets Deleted

  1. Your account profile (name, email, phone)
  2. Your service listings and photos
  3. Your booking history and messages
  4. Your Facebook user ID linked to TaskTopro

Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Canadian tax regulations, but will be de-identified where possible.
